    • Bypass security measures or access controls
    • Overload or overwhelm our systems
  4. Commercial Use: Use the Service for commercial purposes beyond your subscription plan without authorization
  5. Data Mining: Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission

Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

  • The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by l2labs.dev
  • All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

Your Rights

  • You retain ownership of documents you upload
  • You grant us a limited license to process your documents to provide the Service
  • You grant us permission to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

AI Processing and Third-Party Services

OpenAI Integration

  • The Service uses OpenAI's API for AI-powered document analysis
  • Your document content may be sent to OpenAI for processing
  • OpenAI's use of your data is subject to OpenAI's terms and privacy policy
  • We do not use your documents to train AI models

AI Analysis Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: AI-generated analysis and insights are provided for informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI analysis may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information
  • You must independently verify all AI-generated content before making any decisions
  • We are NOT responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on AI analysis
  • You assume all risk and responsibility for decisions made based on AI output
  • AI analysis should not be used as a substitute for professional advice

Service Availability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions

User Responsibility and Disclaimers

No Responsibility for User Errors

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

1. User Mistakes: We are NOT responsible for any mistakes, errors, or omissions made by you or any user of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect data entry or document uploads
  • Misinterpretation of AI-generated analysis or results
  • Incorrect use of features or functionality
  • Failure to backup or save important data
  • Accidental deletion of documents or data
  • Sharing of sensitive information unintentionally

2. Financial Losses: We are NOT liable for any financial losses, damages, or economic harm resulting from:

  • Business decisions made based on AI analysis or Service output
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Investment decisions based on Service analysis
  • Contractual obligations or commitments made using Service data
  • Any monetary damages of any kind

3. Data Loss: We are NOT responsible for:

  • Loss of documents, data, or information stored locally or in the Service
  • Corruption of files or data
  • Inability to access or recover deleted content
  • Data loss due to user error, system failure, or third-party actions

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer:

  • AI-generated analysis is provided for informational purposes only
  • You should independently verify all AI-generated content before making decisions
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI analysis
  • You assume all risk associated with relying on AI-generated content

5. Your Sole Responsibility:

  • You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information
  • You are solely responsible for backing up your data
  • You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  1. No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy
  2. No Liability for User Errors: We shall have NO liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from:
    • User mistakes, errors, or negligence
    • Incorrect use of the Service
    • Misinterpretation of Service output or AI analysis
    • User's failure to verify information independently
  3. No Liability for Financial Losses: We shall NOT be liable for any:
    • Direct or indirect financial losses
    • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
    • Economic damages of any kind
    • Consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages
    • Loss of data, documents, or information
  4. Maximum Liability: Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less
  5. AI Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated analysis for any particular purpose. You use AI analysis at your own risk
  6. No Professional Advice: The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Any information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless l2labs.dev, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party (including intellectual property rights)
  • Content you upload, process, or share through the Service
  • Any mistakes, errors, or negligence on your part
  • Any decisions or actions you take based on Service output or AI analysis
  • Any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service
  • Your failure to verify information independently
  • Any unauthorized access to your account
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

Termination

By You

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • You may cancel your subscription through your account settings
  • Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription fees

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • We discontinue the Service

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • You may request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive
